Role Summary

The Dispatcher coordinates vehicles and chauffeurs in real time, ensuring on-time performance and an exceptional customer experience. The role requires clear communication, quick decision-making, and tight attention to detail in a fast-paced environment—you must work well under pressure and be a strong multi-tasker.

Core Responsibilities

  • Live Dispatch & Routing: Assign, monitor, and adjust trips in real time to hit on-time performance goals; manage airport and event surges.
  • Communication Hub: Provide clear, timely updates to clients, chauffeurs, and affiliates; handle inbound calls/messages; escalate urgent issues promptly.
  • Issue Resolution: Triage breakdowns, delays, last-minute changes, and driver call-outs; arrange contingencies (vehicle swaps, reroutes, coverage).
  • System Accuracy: Update statuses, ETAs, notes, and exceptions in the dispatch/booking system; ensure clean shift handoffs.
  • Coverage Planning: Confirm next-day/evening coverage and coordinate with operations for peak periods and special events.
  • Customer Service: Deliver an exemplary client experience on every interaction; uphold BBZ service standards.
  • Teamwork: Jump in where needed across the operation; support colleagues during peak periods.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous dispatch experience in the limousine/chauffeured transportation industry (required).
  • Excellent knowledge of the Tri-State area (NJ/NY), major airports, routes, and traffic patterns.
  • Proven multi-tasking ability and demonstrated success working well under pressure.
  • Clear, precise verbal and written communication; professional phone etiquette.
  • Above-average computer proficiency (dispatch/booking platforms, email, messaging tools).
  • Schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends, holidays as needed).
  • Strong customer-service mindset and collaborative, "all-hands" approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume, time-sensitive operations (livery, bus, logistics, hospitality).
  • Familiarity with airport protocols and affiliate network coordination.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php44, Php50,000.00 per month
