Sales Development Representative

You will help a fast-growing US-based construction franchise by finding leads, qualifying them, following up, and moving them through the sales process. You will work closely with the franchise owner and a supportive team, helping with both sales and operational tasks along the way. What Your Days Might Look Like:
- Conduct targeted research to identify high-value leads.
- Make around 50 outbound calls daily to warm-ish B2B leads.
- Qualify leads and manage follow-ups to keep the sales pipeline moving.
- Maintain CRM data, track all communications, tasks, and pipeline updates in HubSpot.
- Create and optimize scripts, email templates, and outreach sequences.
- Take on operational tasks as needed to support the business.
- Work closely with the owner to prioritize outreach and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Who We Think Will Thrive in This Role:
- 3+ years of experience in outbound sales or cold calling.
- 1+ year of remote work experience.
- Comfortable working directly with a US-based client and open to feedback.
- Self-motivated, consistent in outreach, and confident in building relationships.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills.
- Proficient in English, multitasking, and using CRMs like HubSpot.
- Experience in commercial construction or as a team lead is a plus.
