About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused VIRTUAL PROCESS - CSR to join our team at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC' in Caniogan, Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a VIRTUAL PROCESS - CSR, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and handling a wide range of customer inquiries and requests. This full-time role provides the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, with the flexibility of remote work.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing effective solutions and a positive customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate team members
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery

What we're looking for

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Proficient in using customer service software and databases to record and track customer interactions
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
