About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC' in our Pasig City office. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through both phone and online channels. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Identify customer needs and provide customised solutions to address their concerns
  3. Process customer orders, returns, and other transactions accurately and efficiently
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  6. Continuously learn about our products, services, and policies to better assist customers
  7. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications
  5. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  6. Fluency in English and Filipino (Tagalog)
  7. Familiarity with the call centre and customer service industry
