About the role

3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC' is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join their team in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role that will involve handling customer enquiries and requests through various online channels. As a key member of the customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering a superior customer experience and supporting the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via chat, email and other online platforms
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, demonstrating strong product knowledge
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless customer support
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
  • Participating in training programs to continuously develop your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the online/e-commerce industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer queries and complaints
  • Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
