Job Summary

The CCTV Personnel is responsible for real-time monitoring of surveillance camera feeds and AI-generated alerts from various client sites. This role ensures timely assessment, appropriate response, and accurate logging of all security-related incidents according to established protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor live CCTV footage and AI-alert dashboards for movement, unusual activity, or triggered alerts.
  • Assess each alert based on protocol to determine whether it is a false alarm or a real threat.
  • Execute escalation procedures for confirmed incidents, including:
  • Playing pre-recorded voice messages through the camera/PA system.
  • Conducting live voice communication through the camera/speaker system when permitted and safe.
  • Contacting designated on-site owners or managers.
  • Coordinating with local police or emergency services based on client-specific instructions.
  • Document all incidents accurately, including time, site/camera ID, alert type, actions taken, results, and required follow-up.
  • Maintain continuous situational awareness and ensure the proper functioning of monitoring tools and systems.

Qualifications / Skills Required

  • Experience in security monitoring, CCTV operations, dispatch centers, or similar environments.
  • Proficient in computer use and capable of maintaining focus while monitoring multiple video feeds.
  • Familiar with surveillance systems, AI-alert platforms, camera feed dashboards, and basic office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills, particularly in identifying subtle or unusual activity.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills, especially during urgent or high-pressure situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php16,000.00 per month
