Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related courses
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • With experience in running a software, program troubleshooting, and understanding software tweaking is a plus.
  • Basic skills in programming, SQL server, preferably with background in turnstiles, CCTV and network set-up.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and attentive to details.
  • Willing to learn new products and easily adaptable to new environment.
  • Has passion for technology and creative mind.
  • Has good time management, proactiveness, and customer-focused orientation.
  • Willing to do 80% field work & 20% office-based work set-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learns basic technical aspects of products, its applications, and linkages.
  • Prepares for preventive maintenance and performs actual machine preventive maintenance.
  • Performs timely repair service on equipment models carried by the company.
  • Addresses minor machine failures and replacement as necessary.
  • Conducts product demonstration to customers along with the Sales Personnel.
  • Conducts delivery, installation, and training for some equipment models and/or software carried by the company.
  • Provides technical support to customers on some equipment models carried by the company.
  • Retrieves defective supplies from customers for further testing and initiates warranty claims and replacements as necessary.
