Security Personnel

Location: Juna Subdivision, Davao City
Start Date: Can start next week
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, patrol, and secure all assigned areas (offices, perimeter, parking, storage).
- Strictly regulate entry/exit of employees, visitors, contractors, vehicles, and materials.
- Check and verify IDs, visitor passes, gate passes, and maintain proper documentation.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and any suspicious or unauthorized activity.
- Monitor CCTV and security alarm systems.
- Control and direct pedestrian and vehicular traffic to ensure safety.
- Prepare accurate and timely incident reports.
- Perform minor facility checks (e.g., lights, leaks, pathway obstructions) and escalate issues.
- Maintain orderliness and safety at assigned posts.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in security, loss prevention, or related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training is an advantage).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; physically fit for duty.
- Amenable to shifting schedules.
- Valid Security Guard License (PNP-SOSIA) and Driver's License are advantages but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
