Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern (includes a 1-hour unpaid break)Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours
Our client is seeking a top-performing Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new business opportunities through cold calling and email outreach. This is not an entry-level position — they are looking for a proven performer who is persuasive, relentless, and skilled at turning conversations into qualified leads and sales opportunities.
As the first point of contact with potential clients, you will introduce the company's solutions, uncover needs, and set appointments for the sales team. This role requires a track record of exceeding outbound activity goals and consistently generating a strong pipeline.
Execute high-volume cold calls and personalized email campaigns to engage prospective clients.
Research and identify target prospects across multiple industries.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Master the company's value proposition and effectively present it to decision-makers.
Track, measure, and optimize outreach activities to exceed performance targets.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
Proven success in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role.
At least 3 years of recent experience in a business development or outbound sales position.
Exceptional cold calling and email prospecting skills with the ability to create interest and open doors.
Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
High energy, competitive drive, and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience using CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, and prospecting databases.
A self-starter mindset with a history of consistently exceeding performance goals.
