What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end audit engagements for multinational clients
  • Review work performed by associates and ensure timely, high-quality outputs
  • Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members
  • Engage in workflow and resource planning, budget tracking, and quality control
  • Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure consistent service delivery

What We're Looking For:

  • Senior Level: CPA with 3-5 years of external audit experience
  • Senior Level: Non-CPA with at least 5 years of external audit experience
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and Local GAAP.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
  • A mindset for innovation, digital tools, and continuous improvement
