About the Role:

As a
Senior Analyst
, you'll support the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance program and participate in a range of financial and operational audits. This role bridges the
2nd and 3rd lines of defense
, combining compliance testing with independent assurance and advisory initiatives.

You'll work closely with senior leadership within the BAS team and contribute directly to maintaining a strong internal control environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute SOX compliance testing for
    business processes
    (non-IT)
  • Conduct ad hoc transaction testing and support operational audits
  • Organize and manage documentation from multiple systems (e.g., Siebel, Salesforce, Cadency)
  • Maintain testing templates and SharePoint folders across audit cycles
  • Assist with various administrative and audit-related tasks
  • Ensure timely and quality execution of assigned work

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of SOX and audit experience
    (Big 4/national audit firm or large public company preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of internal controls, US GAAP, SEC, PCAOB, and COSO 2013
  • CPA preferred; additional certifications (CIA, CISA, CRMA) are a plus
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced, global environments and balance multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with audit tools and platforms is a plus (e.g., Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, Workday, Power BI)
