Responsible for conducting employee welfare activities to promote a conducive and harmonious work environment. Assists with the grievances and disciplinary concerns within the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the job (Human Resources, Legal Management, or Psychology is preferred)
  • Highly computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office applications and
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills, highly adaptable, results-oriented, keen attention to details, and discretion on confidential matters
  • Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Must be highly creative and results-oriented; pro-active and assertive

  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Can start ASAP on our Head Office (Taguig)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement programs in collaboration with the Immediate Head and/or concerned parties (i.e. other departments, vendors, etc.)
  • Assist in conceptualizing and recommending employee rewards and recognition programs
  • Coordinate with other departments to create sustainable positive employee relations
  • Facilitates grievance administration and employee discipline processing by ensuring compliance to due process
  • Ensures complete and proper documentation of discipline files
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
