What You'll Do
Benefits Administration

  • Coordinate benefits program renewals, changes, and terminations in the HRIS/benefits platforms for health, retirement, and other employee benefit programs.
  • Respond to employee benefits escalations and follow up on complex issues to vendors or brokers as needed.
  • Manage the post-submission claims process: liaise with brokers to ensure submitted claims are processed and tracked through to resolution.

Data & Reporting

  • Run and maintain regular benefits reports to monitor participation, usage trends, and data accuracy.
  • Monitor the global benefits budget, track actual spend, and support forecasting efforts across all regions.
  • Flag inconsistencies in data and support corrective action in partnership with the Benefits Manager.
  • Assist with benchmarking analysis to evaluate the competitiveness and performance of benefits offerings.

Invoicing

  • Process and validate benefits vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy of charges based on enrollment data.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Payroll teams to ensure timely reconciliation and payment.

Vendor Coordination

  • Serve as the first point of contact for vendors regarding day-to-day inquiries and file exchanges.
  • Escalate and assist with the resolution of employee issues involving carriers or third-party administrators.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Assist with compliance activities, such as benefits-related audits, filings, and policy documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations

What We're Looking For

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in people benefits.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced start-up environment. Fast leader. Adaptable to changes and challenges.
  • Ability to adopt standard processes while applying customized approaches based on different cases.
  • Reporting and data analytics, process improvement,
  • Workday (or any equivalent HR tools)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
