Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Arrangement:
Full-Time - Mon-Fri; Hybrid- Makati

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data to uncover insights and trends
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, track KPIs, and support data-driven decisions
  • Identify gaps in data collection and recommend improvements in data processes
  • Present clear, concise findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Solid understanding of statistics and data modeling techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field preferred
