We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Business Solutions Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. In this role, you'll collaborate with various teams to understand challenges, gather and translate requirements, and ensure that technology initiatives deliver measurable business value.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with business users to gather, document, and analyze functional and non-functional
  • requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams.
  • Support system design, testing, and implementation of new applications and enhancements.
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure alignment throughout project lifecycles.
  • Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide post-implementation support.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements and technology-driven solutions.

Qualifications

Education:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience / Knowledge:

● 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.

● Proven experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation.

● Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

● Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar.

● Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred but not required

● Experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).

● Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or data analysis tools.

● Experience in the Health and HMO industries.
