Qualifications:

  1. A graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or any related course;

  2. With a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a corporate environment with equivalent professional practice of HR functions;

  3. With experience in policy formulation, and working knowledge of all facets of HR and labor laws;

  4. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Email platforms, Canva, and HR Systems;

  5. Excellent in written and oral communication skills, decision-making, conflict resolution, and must have good problem-solving skills;

  6. Innovative, team player, highly organized, and has an eye for detail.

Job Descriptions:

  1. HR System Management. Maintain and optimize HRIS, including applicant tracking systems and employee management platforms. Train employees and managers on HR system usage. Provide continuous insights to improve the system, making it more valuable, updated and effective.

  2. Recruitment and Onboarding. Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.

  3. Employee Records Management. Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and organizational standards. Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee data.

  4. Benefits Administration. Coordinate employee benefits programs, including life and health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. Act as a liaison between employees and benefit providers to resolve issues or answer queries.

  5. Payroll Support. Formulate and monitor KPI for each company department. Facilitate or assist in the annual performance appraisal of the employees. Process annual payroll adjustments based on performance appraisal results. Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing for employees across companies. Handle employee queries regarding payroll and ensure discrepancies are addressed promptly.

  6. Employee Engagement. Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and company-wide events. Conduct regular surveys to measure employee satisfaction and recommend actionable insights.

  7. Performance Management. Support performance appraisal processes, ensuring timely feedback and evaluation documentation. In coordination with managers, assist in identifying and addressing performance issues.

  8. Conflict Resolution and Employee Relations. Mediate employee disputes and provide assistance and guidance to resolve workplace conflicts. Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and escalate issues when necessary.

  9. Exit Process Management. Manage employee offboarding, including exit interviews, clearance procedures, and final settlements. Provide feedback to management based on exit interview data to improve retention strategies.

  10. Continuous Improvement. Stay updated on HR best practices, trends, and legal developments. Recommend and implement improvements to HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
