Sales Executive: Job Description
We are looking for a driven and dynamic Innovation Sales Executive to help expand our market reach for Japanese SaaS products—and potentially hardware solutions. This role is perfect for someone who is confident, consistent, and passionate about building strong client relationships. Your mission is to introduce cutting-edge Japanese technology to businesses and close deals through effective communication and strategic selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Engagement - Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients for our SaaS and tech product offerings by conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to understand their needs, while also attending client meetings—including occasional dinners or after-office engagements when necessary—to build rapport and support the acquisition process.
- Sales Execution & Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by managing accounts effectively, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaboration & Market Insights - Work closely with internal teams to stay updated on product features, enhancements, and market positioning, while providing valuable market insights and client feedback to support continuous product development and innovation.
Secondary Responsibilities: Corporate Innovation Program, Media, and Events
- Assist in organizing the annual IGNITE Innovation Conference and coordinate Innovators-related events, such as TechShake's Innovators' Dinner.
- Manage the Acceleration Program and Corporate Innovation initiatives.
- Support other TechShake events by handling logistics and coordinating speakers and attendees.
- Maintain contact management through HubSpot.
- Support the Business Matchings.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates up to 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields.
- Open to any gender; personality, communication skills, and consistency are highly valued.
- Experience selling SaaS or technology products is a plus, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
- Effective project and time management skills.
- Willing to attend client gatherings (dinners/drinks) as needed.
- Goal-oriented, and motivated to achieve KPIs and targets, with punctuality as a key requirement due to international client interactions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to solve complex business challenges.
- Experience advising clients across industries on new technologies and business models.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for driving business transformation.
Compensation and benefits
- Competitive standard salary and benefits package (including 13th-month pay and service incentive leaves).
- Monthly salary range: ₱20,000 – ₱50,000 (depending on experience)
- Sales commissions for high performers

- Probationary period: 4 months. Mandatory office presence is required daily during probation.
- Hybrid setup: After probation, office attendance is required for 3 days per week, with 2 days of remote work.
