Sales Representative

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. LEAD ACQUISITION
Identify and pursue potential clients within the designated region through diverse channels.
Employ strategic approaches to convert leads into valuable sales opportunities.
Implement innovative methods to expand the client base and foster relationships with key decision-makers.
II. SALES COORDINATION
Collaborate closely with Sales Coordinators and Estimators to facilitate the timely preparation and submission of clients' quotations.
Ensure seamless communication and information exchange to deliver accurate and competitive quotes to clients.
Work in tandem with the Collection Officer to oversee clients' billing processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established policies.
Facilitate communication regarding clients' payments, resolving any issues promptly.
Assist in the coordination of credit line applications, providing necessary information and documentation as required.
III. CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client needs and concerns, addressing them proactively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
IV. SALES QUOTA ACHIEVEMENT
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed established sales quotas.
Utilize a results-driven approach to consistently drive revenue growth.
Ensure to achieve or surpass designated sales quota.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: At least Vocational Degree or 2-year College level.
Training and Experience: At least 2-years relevant experience in Sales, and 1-year in Marketing.
Skills and Attitude:
● Excellent interpersonal skills.
● Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
● In-depth understanding of company product and services.
● Knowledgeable of business environment and possess financial awareness.
● Good Team Collaboration Skills
● Customer Focus and Good Customer Service Skills
