What You'll Do

  • Lead in the field — actively engaging with educators, school heads, and key decision-makers.
  • Champion EduQuest's LMS and digital learning solutions to schools and institutions.
  • Spot opportunities, build strong sales pipelines, and convert leads into lasting partnerships.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with administrators, educators, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct impactful product demos, presentations, and solution-focused consultations.
  • Work closely with the team to craft winning sales strategies and hit targets consistently.
  • Deliver excellent after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Keep sales records organized and stay informed about market trends and industry shifts.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven sales experience — EdTech or education industry background is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Highly driven, results-focused, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings, school visits, and events.
