This high-growth business serves discerning corporate clients and has built strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel management companies from coast to coast. Despite having physical operations based in the Southeast, they successfully coordinate transportation services nationwide through strategic partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving transportation company as a Sales Representative focused on securing high-value contract accounts rather than individual bookings. You'll be responsible for building relationships with hotels, airlines, destination management companies, and corporate travel agents to generate substantial recurring business. The role offers unlimited growth potential across all 50 states, with the freedom to pursue leads nationwide while working remotely. You'll receive initial training and mentoring from the business owner who successfully scaled this operation from a single vehicle to a multi-vehicle fleet, and you'll be supported by commission incentives that reward your success in landing major accounts.
- Generate and pursue leads for major B2B accounts including hotels, airlines, flight crews, and destination management companies (DMCs)
- Focus on securing contract work and recurring business relationships rather than one-time transportation bookings
- Conduct strategic outbound sales calls using company dialer system with full monitoring and accountability features
- Maintain detailed lead tracking and contact management using Google Sheets shared with leadership team
- Participate in comprehensive training program including shadowing sessions with the business owner to learn operations
- Develop and execute sales strategies across all continental US markets with unlimited territory potential
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate travel agents and industry decision-makers
- Collaborate with management on lead generation strategies and market expansion opportunities
- Proven sales experience with demonstrated track record of B2B account acquisition
- Exceptional English communication skills with professional phone presence
- Tenacious, resilient personality with thick skin for handling rejection and persistence in pursuing accounts
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic and ability to thrive in remote work environment
- Experience with lead generation, prospecting, and CRM/tracking systems
- Proficiency with Google Sheets for data management and reporting
- Comfortable using dialer systems and sales technology platforms
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hunger for commission-based earning potential
- Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with management team
