Legal Assistant

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and filing of legal documents, particularly those related to land acquisition, contracts, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with courts, government agencies, and other offices for the submission and retrieval of legal documents.
- Maintain and update case files, including land titles, tax declarations, and other property-related records.
- Help monitor deadlines and compliance requirements for permits, clearances, and other land-related legal obligations.
- Perform general administrative duties, including photocopying, scanning, managing office supplies, and other clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must be a college graduate with a degree in Legal Management, Office Administration, or any related field.
- With at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm, real estate company, or government office handling land acquisition or property documentation.
- Knowledgeable in basic land acquisition processes, including due diligence, right-of-way, titling, and permit applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with common office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a professional, proactive attitude.
- Able to manage time effectively, especially in handling external tasks such as document deliveries and government coordination.
