Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls related to billing, account inquiries, and customer support.
  • Accurately process billing adjustments, payments, and account updates.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members and support departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Graduate or K-12 Graduate (required).

  • Experience:

  • At least 6 months of BPO experience; or

  • Adapters (those with relevant customer service exposure) are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Amenable to work on a Day to Mid shift schedule
  • Willing to work onsite
