About the role

We are looking for customer-focused call centre agents to join our Telecommunications Account team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. This is a full-time position, providing an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in the fast-paced world of customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers and providing exceptional service to address their needs and queries
  2. Handling a wide range of customer interactions, including sales, technical support, and billing inquiries
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in our customer relationship management system
  4. Collaborating with the wider team to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences
  5. Continuously improving your skills and knowledge to deliver consistently excellent service

What we're looking for

  1. With or without BPO experience or freshers applicant are also welcome to apply.
  2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer needs
  4. A customer-centric mindset and the drive to provide exceptional service
  5. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management tools
  6. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is highly desirable
  7. Fluency in English and the local language is required
