Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Building Management System (BMS) Operator based in Makati. The BMS Operator will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining the building management systems to ensure optimal performance. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing building systems, addressing facility management needs, conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting, and implementing necessary maintenance tasks to maintain ideal operation standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Management, Management Systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Experience in Building Maintenance and addressing technical repair needs
  • Knowledge of Facility Management (FM) practices and strategies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
