Job Summary:

To oversee the effective operation and maintenance of our various facilities, Makati Supermarket Corporation is looking for a highly organized and proactive Building Administrator. The most suitable candidate will guarantee a clean, safe, and well-kept workplace that facilitates efficient daily operations and improves customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operations and maintenance of the several buildings, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are safe, clean, and functional.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for building repairs, renovations, preventive maintenance, and security services.
  • Supervise building maintenance staff and janitorial teams to ensure assigned tasks are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Monitor building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, and security, and address issues promptly to minimize disruption.
  • Implement and enforce building policies, safety protocols, and emergency procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of building inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and related expenses.
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to support facility needs for special events, store upgrades, or operational changes.
  • Respond promptly to tenant and employee concerns related to the building and coordinate timely resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Mechanical/ Electrical/Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of industry-related work experience.
  • Willing to do field work.
  • Must be willing to work in Makati.
