About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily e-commerce operations across Shopee, Lazada, and other online platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing e-commerce stores, coordinating logistics, optimizing performance, and leading a team to achieve sales and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end daily operations for Shopee, Lazada, and other online marketplaces.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Oversee product listings, inventory management, and pricing updates.
  • Monitor store performance metrics, promotions, and campaign results.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to increase efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and maintain high store ratings.
  • Liaise with marketing and sales teams to plan campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Prepare reports and performance analyses for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing operations in e-commerce (Shopee, Lazada, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of online marketplace systems, seller centers, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
