About the role

Benson Industrial Cold Storage Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective logistics management. Your keen eye for detail and strong leadership skills will be essential in driving continuous improvement and optimising our warehouse processes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the warehouse team, including team scheduling, task allocation and performance management
  2. Monitor inventory levels, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving operations to identify and resolve any bottlenecks or inefficiencies
  3. Develop and implement streamlined procedures to improve warehouse productivity and safety
  4. Analyse operational data and generate reports to track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement
  5. Liaise with cross-functional teams, such as sales and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction
  6. Foster a positive team culture and encourage open communication to empower employees and drive excellence

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a warehouse or logistics environment
  2. Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics best practices
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances
  4. Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve operational goals
  5. Proficient in data analysis and report generation, with a keen eye for detail
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
  7. Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations in the logistics industry
