Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the acceptance of Sales Bookings and creation of SAP account.
  • Assist in the checking and validation of documents submitted and encodes the same in the E-log.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales contracts, and release the same to Buyers for signature at well as the authorized signatories of the company.
  • Sees to it that duly signed sales documents are duly notarized.
  • Assist in the routing of BRFs submitted Sales agents for approval.
  • To perform tasks that may be assigned form time to time.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year college course preferably in Business Administration/ Management.
  • At least 1-2 years working experience preferably with a real estate company.
  • Computer literate
  • Leadership & Management
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking
  • Communication
  • Candidates must be willing to work on-site at MOA, Pasay.
