**Job Description**

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the preparation and submission of critical documents to buyers, ensuring timely completion and accuracy. Your role involves coordinating with various departments to resolve issues and address buyer concerns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing Deed of Absolute Sale documents for buyer signature
  • Verifying the accuracy of requests for check preparation (Documentary Stamp Tax) and supervising staff to ensure proper monitoring
  • Following up on sent DOAS for return and processing of notarization
  • Coordinating with departments regarding DOAS, CWT, and BIR dockets


**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or its equivalent
  • At least 5-7 years of working experience in Title Transfer or Real Estate
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in SAP application and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage people efficiently
