
Sales Development Director

Job Summary:
This role plays a critical part in coordinating sales-related activities for commercial lots.
The Senior Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth selling processes, providing necessary materials and supplies to sales representatives and brokers, and recruiting sellers and brokers.
Key responsibilities include conducting trainings, sales briefings, and site orientation, as well as creating marketing materials and events. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating sales teams and brokers by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination- Monitor sales targets and performance to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Conduct project presentations to sellers and buyers as needed.
- Coordinate with the business development department on showroom concerns.
- Create engaging marketing materials and events to promote sales.
- Manage sales team schedules, file important documents, and communicate essential information to ensure seamless operations.
- Evaluate the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports to inform business decisions.
- Keep sales partners informed about project updates, promotions, and payment terms.
- Regularly monitor sales progress, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
- Assist in preparing promotional materials or events as needed.
- Coordinate individual and team performance reviews to discuss strengths and weaknesses.
- Collaborate with joint venture partners on all sales-related matters.
- Identify and recruit top-performing brokers and sellers for commercial lots.
- Develop and implement a recruitment strategy in consultation with hiring managers.
- Design eye-catching recruitment advertisements to attract top talent.
- Screen sellers through follow-up emails and phone calls.
- Pursue informal and networking referrals that demonstrate potential.
- Develop and produce high-quality selling materials in both physical and digital formats.
- Deliver compelling project presentations to sellers and provide them with essential training.
- Welcome new sales team members and ensure they are adequately prepared.
- Monitor training objectives and outcomes to measure effectiveness.
- Gather feedback from sellers regarding training courses.
- Report on the impact of training programs, including sales achieved.
- Maintain accurate records of training materials, curricula, and costs.
Perform other duties assigned by the immediate superior as required.
