Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administration Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales administration team and daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in business or a related field and at least 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales administration.

You will be responsible for reviewing and processing sales contracts and customer documentation, ensuring complete and accurate submission of required documents by clients, and generating and analyzing sales performance reports for management review.

Additionally, you will ensure accurate and timely data entry into CRM and sales tracking systems, support compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulatory standards, and act as a liaison between the sales team, operations, and customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales administration team and daily operations.
  • Review and process sales contracts and customer documentation.
  • Ensure complete and accurate submission of required documents by clients.
  • Generate and analyze sales performance reports for management review.
  • Enter data accurately and timely into CRM and sales tracking systems.
  • Support compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulatory standards.
  • Liaise between sales team, operations, and customer care.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in business or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • SAP skill sets, CANVA user.
  • Candidates must be willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
