Role Overview

The Account Executive is responsible for managing client communication from initial inquiry through to booking. You will guide clients through our services, respond to questions, and ensure a smooth, positive experience that leads to successful bookings and long-term client relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, loves talking to people, and has an eye for detail in a creative environment.


Experience & Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing sales or customer service role.
  • Experience in a creative industry (photography, events, media, advertising, or related fields) is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and client relationship management, including converting leads to paying clients.

Education

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

A. Manage Client Inquiries

- Handle incoming inquiries through messaging platforms, email, and other communication channels.

- Respond promptly and professionally to questions about services, pricing, inclusions, and project timelines.

B. Drive Sales & Conversion

- Explain our photography packages, add-ons, and processes clearly and persuasively.

- Identify client needs and recommend suitable packages or solutions.

- Nurture leads and follow up with interested clients to close bookings.

C. Client Relationship Management

- Build rapport and maintain warm, courteous, and clear communication at all times.

- Provide guidance to clients on sending reference photos, preparing for shoots, and understanding deliverables.

- Support clients with payment processing, booking confirmations, and contract or agreement requirements.

D. Coordination & Handover

- Coordinate with Project Coordinators once clients are booked to ensure all details are accurate and complete.

- Clearly document client preferences, shoot details, timelines, and special requests for the operations team.

E. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate client logs, communication records, and lead status in our CRM or tracking tools.

- Monitor and follow up on pending leads and inquiries.

- Provide regular updates and simple reports to the Sales Manager on performance, conversion, and client feedback.
