Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the National Capital Region, Philippines, for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes conducting client meetings, presenting and promoting products, preparing sales proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will contribute to driving revenue growth and achieving the company's business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Sales and relationship management skills, including expertise in identifying client needs, pitching products, and closing deals
  • Customer service and communication skills to provide excellent support and build long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of product solutions in door hardware, smart digital locks, hotel lock systems, and/or HVAC is advantageous
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and documentation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams oand adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with the construction and hospitality industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering and Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in software tools such as CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or related applications
