Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Quezon City. As a Customer Service Representative and Content Moderator, you will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. In addition to moderating user-generated content, you will ensure compliance with company policies and community standards. Day-to-day tasks may include responding to customer queries via multiple channels, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and collaborating with other team members to enhance customer satisfaction and content integrity.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Demonstrated ability in Customer Experience and fostering positive client interactions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to enforce community policies effectively
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in using communication and collaboration tools
