Fortem Cement Corporation is looking for a
Sales Operations Support
who will play a key role in improving data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and sales process optimization across our business units. This position supports the Sales and Management teams by maintaining reliable data systems, generating actionable performance reports, and assisting in streamlining workflows that enhance decision-making and overall sales effectiveness.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
    with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
  • Experience or exposure to data visualization or CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.
  • Organized, process-driven, and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fresh graduates with strong analytical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
