We're hiring
Sales Specialists
on behalf of a leading and trusted financial services institution in the Philippines. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales and financial education, and who want to grow their careers in a professional and high-impact environment.

The Role

You'll be assigned to a bank branch and work closely with branch staff to offer life insurance and financial solutions to clients. Your role is key in helping customers achieve financial protection and wellness at every life stage.

Responsibilities

  • Offer and sell life insurance and financial products to bank clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers
  • Perform after-sales support and assist with basic policy servicing
  • Submit daily/weekly reports and updates to your sales manager
  • Provide market insights and feedback on sales activities
  • Participate in campaigns and events at assigned bank branches
  • Other tasks as needed to support sales operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year of sales experience (banking or insurance a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable using digital tools

Work Setup

  • Onsite reporting to assigned branch
  • Monday to Friday | Day Shift
  • In-person, client-facing role
