About the role

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Agent to join our dynamic team at Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated in Davao City. In this full-time role, you'll be the voice of our telecommunications client, providing exceptional service and support to their valued customers. With a focus on delivering a seamless customer experience, you'll play a vital part in achieving the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound calls from customers with a wide range of inquiries and concerns
  2. Providing accurate, timely and courteous assistance to resolve customer issues
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services
  5. Adhering to call quality and performance standards to ensure customer satisfaction
  6. Collaborating with team members to share best practices and continuously improve processes

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the telecommunications industry
  2. Entry level candidates are welcome to apply with no prior customer service experience required
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic support
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex customer inquiries
  5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data entry
  6. Proficiency in English and the local language, with the ability to write and speak fluently
  7. A customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
