
Customer Service Representative – Davao

We are currently hiring a CSR to join our growing technical team in the Davao . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on fieldwork, has a strong technical mindset, and is eager to provide excellent service to customers. As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecommunications systems and infrastructure including fiber optics, routers, modems, and related equipment.
You will conduct on-site visits to residential and business locations, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring optimal service performance. Your role also includes customer interaction, where your communication skills and ability to explain technical issues in simple terms will be essential. You'll work closely with support and engineering teams to escalate complex technical problems and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
- Preferably with 7 months or more Customer Care Experience (CCE) in tech or sales roles
- Confidence in dealing with clients and handling field responsibilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willing to work on-site and travel within the Davao
