About the role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in Davao City, Davao del Sur. In this full-time position, you'll be providing exceptional customer support to clients in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on billing enquiries and account management.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle a wide range of customer inquiries and complaints related to billing, account information and service issues
  • Accurately process customer transactions, payments and account updates
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor as needed
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Basic knowledge of telecommunications products and services, particularly billing and account management
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and computer applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
