About the role
We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in Davao City, Davao del Sur. In this full-time position, you'll be providing exceptional customer support to clients in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on billing enquiries and account management.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle a wide range of customer inquiries and complaints related to billing, account information and service issues
- Accurately process customer transactions, payments and account updates
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor as needed
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications products and services, particularly billing and account management
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and computer applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
