Job Summary:

The role performs inventory control procedures to maintain accurate inventories for financial reports and records. It is also responsible for analyzing inventory variances to provide accurate data for responding to sales inquiries, filing reports, and providing creative solutions to discrepancies. Supervise the inbound, quality assurance, putaway, and cycle count processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory levels and timely resolve issues/discrepancies between system inventory and on-hand, quickly and accurately
  • Provide weekly and monthly inventory balances per system location
  • Leads the putaway process of all received stocks
  • Leads daily cycle count of stocks per assigned bin and process requests for any adjustment needed.
  • Recommend process improvement in Warehouse operations based on the cycle count result.
  • Supervise the bin to bin and sloc to sloc transfer both in SAP and the actual movement of the stocks.
  • Prepare accurate inventory worksheets and reports and ensures all reconciling items are considered. Coordinate with Audit and Finance for the proper recording of the variances.
  • Prepare, implement and provide recommendations and strategies to enhance inventory control measures of the Organization.
  • Monitors compliance to monthly closing requirements
  • Responsible for the safekeeping of stocks
  • Participate in the annual count conducted by the Audit Team
  • Assists in other Digital Commerce Warehouse deliverables, if needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, operations management, or any related field.
  • With at least 2 years of experience in Warehouse Distribution, Retailing, -INBOUND and OUTBOUND Operations,
  • Knowledgeable in SAP Software (SD and MM) Warehouse Management and Inventory Management systems (WM and IM)
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work independently and efficiently (detail-oriented) in a fast-paced environment.
