Assists the Manager in implementing a data driven Warehouse & Distribution organization that will allow access to a centralized database for efficient data extraction, formulation/consolidation into meaningful management reports. Compiles all necessary data related to warehouse and distribution critical to supply chain-based decision making such as Purchasing Order (PO), spend reports, supply report, Inventory receipt, invoices, deliveries, billings-payments. Ensures implementation of central information base for Warehouse and Distribution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accountancy, or Finance
  • 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain
  • Knowledgeable in warehousing and distribution processes, policies and procedures
  • Proficient in using excel application (vlookup, pivot)
  • Experience in using any warehousing system
  • Adept in reports preparation and analyzation
  • Flexible; can work in extended hours, during weekends and holidays if needed
  • Amenable to work in FTI Taguig
