Key Responsibilities:

  • Creates long-term and weekly production and material plans based on client forecasts and orders.
  • Ensures timely availability of materials and prevents overstock or shortages.
  • Prepares daily production schedules and material requirements for warehouse and production teams.
  • Coordinates with Customer Service Production, QC, IE, and Trucking for smooth operations.
  • Implements the "No Purchase Order, No Production" policy.
  • Monitors and verifies material deliveries and updates inventory records.
  • Prepares purchase requests for packaging materials based on client orders and safety stock levels.
  • Updates and maintains various reports such as production status, inventory, and dispatch plans.
  • Resolves material and production issues in coordination with concerned departments.
  • Prepares and submits accurate weekly and monthly PPIC reports.
  • Ensures all activities comply with company policies and standards.
  • Performs other related tasks assigned by the PPIC or TMPO Head.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably graduate of Industrial Engineering.
  • Prior experience as a planner is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
