Global Reservations Officer

· Responds to all enquiries and requests promptly via the various reservations channels (phone, chat, email, fax, etc.) within prescribed service levels.

· Answers all calls in a welcoming manner and approach that demonstrates Ascott's values and brand.

· Meticulously scrutinises reservation details to ensure all information is obtained and correct.

· Provides insightful and accurate information to our customers in an enthusiastic and friendly manner.

· Demonstrates a genuine desire to assist our customers.

· Consistently delivers excellent service quality standards to meet or exceed our customer's expectations.

· Liaises closely with the internal departments to ensure our customer's requests are fulfilled and delivered.

· Maintains a positive selling approach to maximise yield in both occupancy and rates.

Completes required reports in appropriate format and within set timeframes.
