Position description: 

·      The Reserve Staff is tasked to assume the functions of a Service Associate, Loans Processor, Teller or Roving Teller whenever there are manning gaps due to extended leaves, mandatory leaves or vacancies in RBG Branches, APD Lending Centers and APD Branch Lites. 

 Primary Responsibilities:

Ensures that assigned function and /or task are properly performed in the branch of assignment based on existing job descriptions of the Bank. Performed 100% of the time of the entire year. Reviews/observes transaction processing in the branch of assignment in accordance with existing policies, procedures and internal control. Recommends changes to conform to the proper procedures if needed. Performed 10% of the time or when needed Renders a report to management on the observations noted, including best practices of the branch with the end view of correcting wrong practices or recommending adoption of best practices noted. Performed 100% of the time or when needed, Exercises adequate courtesies to clients at all times. Promotes other bank products/services and provides good customer relations. Performed 100% of the time of the entire year Observes at all times the proper office decorum (e.g. wearing of office uniform, ID, Tardiness and absenteeism) Performs other related functions that can be assigned. Educational qualifications preferred
