HR Officer

Job Description
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Process payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Monitor employee performance and assist in performance appraisals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety regulations
- Manage government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
- Support overall HR functions and company initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in HR or a related role
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php28, Php30,000.00 per month
