QUALIFICATIONS:


•Serve as Custodian of Petty Cash Fund and other cashiering functions.


•Replenishment of Petty Cash Fund.


•Checks and verifies daily bank deposits and requests issuance of Official Receipts or Acknowledgement Receipts.


•Control and monitoring of postdated checks collected up to depositing and monitoring of bouncing customer's checks.


•Receipting of daily collections, cash, and dated checks.


•Safekeeping of undeposited cash/checks payments from the buyer.


•Balances and reconciles monies received, checks deposited, checks disbursed, and various payments.


•Monitoring and Updating Cash Receipt and Daily Issued Checks Report.


•Monitor, review, and record checks and check vouchers prior to the approval and signing of authorized signatories (President/CEO and EVP).


•Preparation of check vouchers and checks up to check releasing and safekeeping of unreleased checks.


•Maintain and update records of financial transactions (collections and check disbursements) on a spreadsheet.


•Preparation of Form 2307 (CWT) for various suppliers.


•Coordinates with bank personnel for bank transactions.


•Amenable to work in Madrigal Business Park, Ayala Alabang
