About the Role

As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of our financial operations. From managing sales orders and invoices to supporting tax compliance and client communications, you'll help maintain the financial health of the organization while delivering excellent service to our clients.

What you'll do

  • Sales Order & Invoice Management: Create and maintain sales orders in Business Central (BC); support issuance of Sales Invoices (SI), Billing Statements (BS), and Statements of Account (SOA).
  • Client Communication: Deliver invoices via email or courier; send payment reminders through email and collection platforms.
  • Tax & Receipt Handling: Collect withholding tax certificates; issue Acknowledgement Receipts and Collection Receipts; maintain accurate records of AR transactions, including receipts, tax certificates, bank activities, and Microsoft incentives.
  • Accounts Monitoring & Reporting: Update AR Aging Summary, monitor overdue accounts, and assist in weekly collection forecasts.
  • Monthly & Quarterly Reporting: Support monthly closing; prepare and encode Summary List of Sales and Alphalist for BIR submission via RELIEF.
  • Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries and assist in resolving collection‑related concerns under supervision.
  • Compliance & Audit Preparation: Assist in schedules and reconciliations for annual or special audits.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other finance‑related tasks and reports assigned by management.

What we look for

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or related field; 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general accounting (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome).
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards; proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics Business Central) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks; excellent communication and problem‑solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
