We're hiring: Executive Assistant to the Founder
Be the right hand to one of Sunnies' visionaries.
We're looking for an Executive Assistant who thrives on organization, moves with discretion, and knows how to keep a fast-paced leader's world running seamlessly — from high-level business priorities to day-to-day personal matters.
This isn't just about managing schedules — it's about enabling a Founder to focus on building the future of Sunnies while you make sure every detail is handled with care, precision, and a touch of creativity.
What you'll do
Executive Support
- Manage professional calendars, meetings, and conferences.
- Arrange domestic and international business travel.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to keep priorities on track.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support project management and key deliverables.
Personal Support
- Manage personal appointments, social events, and household matters.
- Arrange personal travel and vacations.
- Handle errands, shopping, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee personal budgets, bills, and expenses.
- Organize family-related activities and wellness appointments.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
