Job Summary:

The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executives or senior managers. The role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, enabling the executive to focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Screen calls, emails, and other communications; respond or redirect as necessary
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Coordinate travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics
  • Maintain confidential records and files
  • Handle personal errands and tasks as requested by the executive
  • Draft, format, and proofread internal and external communications
  • Assist with project tracking, report generation, and administrative support
  • Liaise with internal staff and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential
