  • Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for providing technical support, managing user accounts and systems, and overseeing smooth migration of business workspaces (Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace).

Your expertise will help our clients experience seamless transitions and efficient system operations, ensuring their teams can stay productive and connected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for clients and internal staff.
  • Manage and administer user accounts, licenses, and permissions across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
    Plan and execute workspace/account migrations (Google Microsoft, Microsoft- Google, or within same platforms).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Maintain system documentation, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve IT infrastructure and security.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an IT Specialist, Systems Administrator, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration.
  • Hands-on experience migrating workspaces, accounts, and data between platforms.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, user support, and basic cybersecurity.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
